Work Orders allow cleaners and contractors to complete one-time or recurring work and get paid as soon as the job is done.
Pre-Setup Required
Before creating a Work Order, make sure the following has already been set up:
Creating Work Orders
In the left sidebar, click Work Orders
On the main Work Orders page, click +Add Work Order

Select the customer the Work Order will be for, and additional fields will be displayed:
Title - Enter the Work Order title. Be descriptive, this is what you'll see on your list of Work Orders.
Job Type - Choose the most appropriate Job Type from the dropdown.
Location - At which location will the cleaning happen
Checklist (optional) - If you have checklists set up, you can choose them here. This provides the cleaner with a checklist of tasks to follow when completing the Work Order.
Type - Open Work Orders will be available to all of your contractors assigned to the location to apply for, while Individual Work Orders will be assigned to a specific contractor.
Time for work completion - The approximate amount of time the job will take to complete

Fixed rate - This is the amount that the cleaner will be paid when the Work Order is completed.
Any associated fees will calculate after entering the fixed rate.
Entry/Exit time - This is the timeframe the Work Order is to be completed
Work Description - Enter a general description of the work to be done

Once all information is entered, click Publish Work Order.
If you're not ready to publish the Work Order yet, click Save as Draft.
If you need to make any changes to the Work Order, click the edit pencil next to the Work Order on the main Work Orders page.
