Setting up payment is the first step in starting the work order process. You will not be able to schedule work orders without having a payment card on file.
Setting Up Payment
- Go to the company menu in the upper right corner and select Account Settings
- From the Account Settings screen, select Payment Settings
- Click on Add Credit Card
- Enter the details for the credit card you would like to pull funds from to pay cleaners for jobs, and click Save Changes
- Add any additional credit cards by selecting Add Credit Card again
- Make a card your default payment method by selecting Set as Default
