We strive to provide a safe platform for all of our users. To promote a safe, respectful, and positive experience, we have outlined the following policy for Cleaners, concerning who can complete a task.
Tasks booked through the JaniJobs Platform can be completed by the Cleaner who is hired and/or any other registered Cleaners (“Cleaner Assistants”).
In accordance with JaniJobs’s Global Terms of Service:
- Cleaner Assistants must be registered on the JaniJobs platform.
- The Primary Cleaner must get approval for Cleaner Assistants from their client in the chat thread prior to starting the task and share the profile URL of any Cleaner Assistants with their client.
- The Primary Cleaner assumes full and sole responsibility for the acts and omissions of their Assistant, including:
- Lawful payment of all compensation, benefits, and expenses.
- All required and applicable tax withholdings.
- Quality execution of the task and any costs (losses) incurred.
This policy is intended to clarify expectations set forth in JaniJobs's Global Terms of Service. Please note that Terms of Service violations can result in account limitations, including account suspension and/or deactivation.
JaniJobs reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
