We strive to provide a reliable and efficient platform connecting Clients with Cleaners. To promote transparency and seamless task booking on the Taskrabbit platform, we have the following policy concerning Cleaner Schedule Availability.
This policy applies to Clients and Cleaners. Please note that the requirements and examples below are not exhaustive and are subject to change.
Cleaners must maintain accurate availability, and clients should book Tasks for the intended time. Task cancellations due to scheduling conflicts should be minimized.
This policy requires that:
- Cleaner’s schedule availability in the Cleaner app is an accurate reflection of their true availability.
- Clients booking Cleaners should regard the Cleaner’s schedule as fully accurate.
- In the event of a scheduling conflict, Clients and Cleaners are strongly encouraged to reschedule the Task instead of canceling altogether.
- Clients and Cleaners must both agree before rescheduling a Task that's due to start within 24 hours. This must be confirmed in the chat thread.
- Excessive reschedules are not allowed.
- Rescheduling Tasks to avoid cancellation fees is not allowed.
- For example, tasks scheduled to start within 24 hours should not be rescheduled and then cancelled more than 24 hours before the new start time.
This policy is intended to clarify expectations set forth in JaniJobs's Global Terms of Service. Please note that Terms of Service violations can result in account limitations, including account suspension and/or deactivation.
