Adding/Registering Supervisors

Adding Supervisors is optional and is not required to use JaniJobs.

Supervisors can offer an additional layer of review to completed work orders.

1. To add a supervisor, select Supervisors in the left side menu 

2. Click Add Supervisor
   
   

3. Enter the supervisor's details and click Create Supervisor
   
   

4. Clicking the Create Supervisor button sends the supervisor an email request to accept.
   
   
   and the Supervisor appears as Pending on your Supervisors page
   
   

5. If they select Accept, they will be directed to JaniJobs to create a supervisor profile

   • If they do not see the email request, they should check their spam or junk folder, or you can use the Resend Email button to resend the email request.

6. Once the Supervisor has registered, they will be listed as Active on your Supervisors page
